An Introduction to Coaching Programme for Early Career Teacher (ECT) Mentors is a four-part programme for new and experienced early career teacher (ECT) mentors who wish to develop professional skills and practical knowledge to effectively coach and mentor early career teachers within school settings across the UK.

Target Group: Suitable for new and experienced ECT Mentors, middle, and senior leaders looking to develop a better understanding of coaching.
